Ozone is not seriously considered as an air pollutant .Why?

Nitrogen Oxide (NO) reacts actively with ozone (O3) or radicals in atmosphere forming nitrogen dioxide (NO2). In lower atmospheric layers, sun light acts as catalyst in reactions between NO2 and VOC (Volatile Organic compounds) to produce Ozone .

ozone Is not air pollutant ,it is a cover or layer of our earth ,it doesn't cause air pollution,the level of increase in the oxygen cause air pollution
