In the poem ozymandias time is indicated as the mightest of all even the boasted king ozymandias who tries to immortalise himself by erecting his huge statues later they mixes with dust and lie bare in the dessert.

Where as in the poem Not marble not the gilded monument Time is called the power which destroys everything it ruins the gilded monuments and statues and nothing besides remain.
