For x coordinate of B:-

2x+9/5=1

2x+9=1×5

2x+9=5

2x=5-9

2x= -4

x= -4/2

For y coordinate of B:-

2×y+3×(-6)/2+3= -2

2y-18= (-2)×5

2y-18= -10

2y= -10+18

2y= 8

y=8/2

y=4
