(p-1/p)^2=0

=>(p-1/p)(p-1/p)=0

=>p-1/p=0,p-1/p=0

=>p=1/p,p=1/p

=>p^2=1,p^2=1(multiplying p on both the sides.)

=>p=+_1,p=+_1

=>p=-1,+1 (This is the required answer.) [If you liked my answer then please mark me as brainliest and I will definitely follow you back.]
