p(-2) = p (x)

hence,

p(x) = - 4 {x}^{2} + 10x - 3 \\ \\ putting \: the \: value \: of \: x \\ \\ p( - 2) = - 4( { - 2}^{2} ) + 10( - 2) - \ 3 \\ \\ = - 16 - 20 - 3 \\ \\ = - 39
