Given, P - 2q - p² + 4q²
⇒p - 2q - (p² - 4q²)
⇒(p - 2q) - (p - 2q)(p + 2q) [ as you know, a² - b² = (a - b)(a + b) ]
⇒(p - 2q)(1 - p - 2q)

Hence, factorisation of given expression is (p - 2q)(1 - p - 2q)

✴✴ \huge \bf \underline{Here \: is \: your \: answer↓}⬇⏬⤵

⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇

▶⏩ \huge \boxed{factorise}

 \bf{ = p - 2q - {p}^{2} + 4 {q}^{2} .}

 \bf{ = p - 2q - ( {p}^{2} - 4 {q}^{2}).}

 \bf{ = p - 2q - (( {p}^{2} ) - ( {2q})^{2} ).}

▶⏩Spilt using identity:-)

 \boxed { {a}^{2} - {b}^{2} = ( \: a + b \: ) \: ( \: a - b \: )}

 \bf{ = ( \: p - 2q \: ) - ( \: p - 2q \: )( \: p + 2q \: ).}

 \huge \boxed{ = ( \: p - 2q \: )(1 - p - 2q).}

✅✅Hence, it is factorised.✔✔
