then (p+3q+r)^2-(p+3q-r)^2
taking p+3q=a
(a+r)^2-(a-r)^2=4ar=4 (p+3q)r=4pr+12qr
then (p+3q+r)^2-(p+3q-r)^2
taking p+3q=a
(a+r)^2-(a-r)^2=4ar=4 (p+3q)r=4pr+12qr
