Distance between (4,-3) &(0,0) = radius of the circle= √(4²+3²)=√25=5

the equation of the circle is,

x² + y² = 25

any point which will satisfy the above equation will be on the circle

like, (-4,-3) , (-4,3) , (4,3) lie on the circle.
