Here we are given an equation p + 5 = 10

We have to find the value of p

So, in order to find the value of m, we will have to transpose 5 to the right-hand side.

When we will transpose 5 to right-hand side the operation will change from  addition to subtraction

So, p + 5 = 10

        p = 10 - 5

       p = 5

Hence, the value of p will be 5

In accordance with the information provided in the question,

We have find the value of the supplied expression in the above question.

Given the data in question p+5=10

Hence, for solving the above equation, we will solve it by separating the like terms at one side.

So, we will shift 5 from LHS to RHS,

So, we will get it as,

=p+5=10\\=p=10-5\\=p=5

Hence, value of "p" in above equation will be 5.
