Force applied by P = 500N
Force applied by Q = 300N
since both of them are applying force in the same direction, the resultant force will be = P+Q = 500+300 = 800N
Now, the Frictional resistance is 200N
NET FORCE = 800N-200N = 600N
Now, force = 600N
We know,
Force = mass×acceleration
600 = 1200×acceleration
600/1200 = acceleration
1/2 = 0.5 = Acceleration
Acceleration of the crate is 0.5m/s²
