since there is no change in its y coordinate therefore y coordinate will be 2 only. you can find this by visualisation.

1. Let the points (3,2,-1) and (6,2,-2) be represented as (a,b,c) and (d,e,f).

2. The equation of a line in 3D is given by (a,b,c) - t(a-d,b-e,c-f).

3. Hence the equation of Y coordinate of line =2 -t(2-2) =2.
