Yes, we can prove this by taking an example

If we take 2, then root 2 = 1.414...

If we take 3, then root 3 = 1.732...

If we take 5, then root 5 = 2.236....

If we take 7, then root 7 = 2.646....

From this we can prove that square root of prime numbers are irrational numbers
