m is the son of P as m is the husband of r.

P is M s father in law. Fathers in law can as well be considered as fathers. Once you marry or get married to someone, they automatically become part of your family. so whether p is the real father or not, it is cautious for his son in law to call him as father. so he automatically becomes father not father in law. so the answer is he is the father in law
