Answer:

let p can complete a task in x days.

then , Q can complete the task in 2x days

implies

p's 1 day work =1/x

Q's 1day work =1/2x

(P+Q) 's 1 day work

= 1/x +1/2x

=2+1/2x

= 3/2x

= 1/2x/3

Pand Q together can complete a task in 2x/3 days

2x/3 =22

x/3=11

x=33

therefore Q alone can do the same work in 66 days
