p(n)=x^3+3x^2-7x+6. \: find \: p (1),p(2) \\ p(n)=x^3+3x^2-7x+6 \\ \\ p(1) = {1}^{3} + 3( {1})^{2} - 7(1) + 6 \\ = 1 + 3 - 7 + 6 \\ = 10 - 7 \\ = 3 \\ \\ p(2) = {(2)}^{3} + 3( {2})^{2} - 7(2) + 6 \\ = 8 + 3(4) - 14 + 6 \\ = 8 + 12 - 14 + 6 \\ = 26 - 14 \\ = 12
