If P(not E)=0.05, 
Then P(E)=1- 0.05
                 =0.95
That means P(E)=0.95

we know that p(e) + p(not e) = 1

therefore p(not e) = 1 - p(e)

here , p(e) = 0.05

= 0.95

the probability of (not e) = 0.95
