p orbital is half filled 3 electrons are there in each orientation.
my doubt is 3 electrons are in same spin ?

what happens is the filling takes place in accordance to Hund's rule. He stated that before doubly filling up an orbital of a subshell, all the orbitals must first be singly filled. Hence , in p orbital , Px Py and Pz orbitals each have 1  electron of same spin initially and then from the fourth electron onwards opposite spin electron is filled in the orbital. This was done to satisfy maximum multiplicity rule .
