( \frac{p}{q} ) = ( { \frac{6}{5} )}^{ - 3}  \times (  { \frac{5}{6} )}^{0}

 =  > ( \frac{p}{q} ) = ( { \frac{6}{5}) }^{ - 3}

∴(  { \frac{p}{q}) }^{4}  = ( { \frac{6}{5}) }^{ - 3 \times 4}

 =  > (  { \frac{p}{q}) }^{4}  =  ( { \frac{6}{5}) }^{ - 12}
