Answer

The person is 'u'

Explanation

It is given that,

P, q, r, s, t, u and v are sitting on a wall and all of them are facing west.

S is on the immediate left of r.

The possible position is

-----sr-----

T is at an extreme end and has q as his neighbor.

We get 2 possibilities,

1)  Tq-----sr----

2) ------sr----qT

V is between q and u.

So we get

1)  TqVu----sr----

2) ------sr--uVqT

S is sitting third from the north end.

So we take first case

1)  TqVusr---

The remaining person "P'is sitting on the last position

 T q V u s r P

Name the person who should change places with r such that he gets the fourth place from the south end is 'u'
