Given;

P's income is 10% less than Q

Solution;

LET US CONSIDER Q TO BE 10

P = 10 - (10% of 10)

P = 10 - (10/100 × 10)

P = 10 - (10/10)

P = 9/10

NOW,

% by which Q is greater than P

⇒ 1/9 × 100

⇒ 11.1%


There fore Q is 11.1% times more than P
