HEY MATE YOUR ANSWER IS HERE..

P - TYPE SEMICONDUCTORS

When pentavalent impurities like As, Sb, P, etc are added to pure semiconductors, it forms an N-type semiconductor. In such a semiconductor, electron density is more than hole density (meaning, there are more electrons and less holes). Example: When As is added to Ge, it forms an N-type semiconductor. Each pentavalent impurity contributes one additional electron, thus, in an N-type semiconductor, number of electrons is more than number of holes.

N - TYPE SEMICONDUCTORS

When a trivalent impurities like Ga, In, Te are added to pure semiconductors, they form P-type semiconductors. Here, each trivalent impurity contributes to one hole, and hence in P-type semiconductors, the number of holes is more than the number of electrons (hole density is more than electron density). Example: Ga is added to pure Ge and they form a P-type semiconductor
