P(2) = 2(2)³-13(2)²+17(2)+2
=> 2(8)-13(4)+34+2 => 16-52+34+2 => 0

P(-2) = 2(-2)³-13(-2)²+17(-2)+2
=> 2(-8)-13(4)-34+2 => -16-52-34+2 =>-100
