p(x) = 0 \\ 4 {x}^{2}  - 1 = 0 \\ 4 {x}^{2}  = 1 \\  {x}^{2}  =  \frac{1}{4}

So,

x = ± \sqrt{ \frac{1}{4} }

Therefore, the zeroes of the polynomial are

x =  \frac{1}{2} , -  \frac{1}{2}
