p(x) = 4x^2 - 12x + 9

= 4x^2 - 6x - 6x + 9

p(x) = 2x(2x - 3) - 3(2x - 3)

0 = (2x - 3)(2x - 3)

Therefore

\tt Zeroes\:are = \dfrac{3}{2} , \dfrac{3}{2}

\tt x = \dfrac{3}{2}, \dfrac{3}{2}

Hence zeroes of polynomial are :-

\tt \dfrac{3}{2}, \dfrac{3}{2}
