p (x) =x^2 -2x-15 , x= -5 , find the value of p(x)​

p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - 2x - 15

p(x) =  ( { - 5}^{2} ) - 2( - 5) - 15

p(x) = 25 + 10 - 15

p(x) = 20
