Given:

Remainder is given g(x)=x+2

p(x) is also given = x^3+3x^2+2x+1

To Find:

The value of x

Solution:

g(x)=x+2 =0

•x=-2

p(x)=x^3+3x^2+2x+1

Now put the value of xhere

•(-2)^3+3(-2)^2+2(-2)+1

•-8+12+(-4)+1

•-8+12-4+1

•-12+12+1

•1

Hence,the value of p(x) is 1.

⇢ -12 + 12 + 1
