PA=4cm,PB=x+3,PD=3cm,PC=x+5
by theorem of external division of chord
PD×PC=PB×PA
3×(x+5)=(x+3)×4
3x+15=4x+12
15-12=4x-3x
3=x
therefore the value of x is 3
by theorem of external division of chord
PD×PC=PB×PA
3×(x+5)=(x+3)×4
3x+15=4x+12
15-12=4x-3x
3=x
therefore the value of x is 3
