PA And PB are tangents to the circle drawn from the external points P .CD is a third tangent touching the circle at Q .if PB =10 cm and CQ= 2cm then find PC?

PA = PB = 10 cm (tangents from an external point to a circle are equal) 

CQ = CA = 2 cm  

PC = PA – AC 

= 10 – 2 

= 8 cm
