Light Reaction-

1) It occurs in Grana of chloroplast.

2) Assimilatory power i.e. NADPH & ATP are produced by light reaction by the process of Photophosphorylation.

Dark Reaction-

1) It occurs in stroma of chloroplast.

2) Glucose is produced by Dark Reaction by the process of Calvin cycle.

3) The raw material for Assimilatory power i.e. NADP & ADP produced by this reaction.

Calvin Cycle-
