The postman is a very useful member of society. He brings us letter from our friends and relatives who live at long distances from us. He brings us messages of joy and sorrow. He does his duty in the sun and rain.

The postman is perhaps at the lowest level in the post and telegraph set up. He is not very educated and also does not get paid much. But if a postman is hard working and continues his studies during his spare time and passes graduation, he can at least rise to the post of clerk in a post office.

The postman has to do his duty whether he is appointed in an urban or a rural area. His duty starts in the morning and ends late in the afternoon or in the evening
