If distance between the plates is  reduced to half  

Then new distance d' = d/2

Given that medium between plates is replaced by  a medium of dielectric constant k = 5

C' = 5\epsilon_0\frac{A}{d/2}

\implies C'=10\epsilon_0\frac{A}{d}

\implies C'=10\times 10 µF

Increase in capacitance = 100 - 10 = 90 µF
