Artificial breeding means you are breeding either in same species or in different species... in.. in vitro fashion like in labs.. Advantages are.. first it will give rise to a hybrid specis having both characters of both species... second it can also decreases chance of any harmful trait in the species.

Disadvantages are.. The hybrid species can be infertile or sterile... it means they cant give birth..
