Sub: Complaint about the Postman

Sir.

I would like to bring to your notice the careless and irregular mail distribution in our locality.

Our repeated appeals to the postman have been of no avail. Not only is he rude, but he is also indifferent to our pleas. He is disrespectful to the elders.

There have been many occasions when he has delivered wrong letters. He is never punctual. And seldom puts the letters into the boxes provided for letters in front of our houses. He throws the letters in front of the gate or hands them over to the children. This has often resulted in the loss or misplacements of many important letters.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and take the required steps to set things right.
