If u get distracted just set time stop on your phn for the topics that u want to learn and then u will don't waste your time as there will be in ur mind that only some time is remaining to complete it and u won't get distracted. And reward urself after completing ur topics. Keep ur phn away from u while studying or study in a peaceful atmosphere. Just understand it in easy language and try to make ur own language answers
