GMT passes through london itself where the longitude is 0°, so if the time in London is 12 pm so, the time at 120° will be-

As we know 1°=4minutes

So 120°=120×4= 480 minutes=480/60hour

= 8 hours

Also, time increases when we move towards east from the Prime meridian

So the time at 120°E will be 12:00pm +8:00 hr = 8:00 pm
