Given:-

  • Current ,I = 0.8 A

  • Time taken ,t = 20min = 20×60 = 1200 s

To Find:-

  • Electric charge ,Q

Solution:-

Charge is defined as the product of current and time .

I = Q/t

Where,

I is the current

Q is the Charge

t is the time taken

Substitute the value we get

0.8 = Q/ 1200

Q = 1200 × 0.8

Q = 120 × 8

Q = 960 C

Therefore,the electric charge passing through the circuit is 960 Coulombs .
