paheli and boojho peeled some potatoes and cut them into pieces.They washed and boiled them in water.They threw the excess water and fried them in oil adding salt and spices in them.Although potatoes dish tasted very good.Its nutrients value was low.suggest a method of cooking it in such a way that the nutrient value is not lowered??????

not adding more spices in it and also not it is not required excess frying. make the food in kerosene stove.

Wash potatoes before peeling
Boil potatoes with its peel then peel it off.
Don't deep fry
These methods will not lower the nutrients
