As the temperature of the glass becomes less than the Normal temperature of surrounding, It takes the heat from surrounding air which condenses on the outer surface of the glass.
In other words, moisture contained in air around the glass reaches its due point to get condensed on the outer surface of glass.

we know that glass have ice and the air contains water vapour when it hit the wall of glass the condensation process takes place water vapour converted into tiny droplets of water
