It is such a great question that during vomiting how does it happen food goes in antigravity direction .
Seems to be interesting,,
let us know why this so and help the girl paheli :-
the irritation occur in stomach just because of bacteria , or food poisoning activates the emetic center of the brain which in turns into an immediate reflex action called vomiting .
so that's why food than goes in the opposite direction often from duodenum to stomach.
and if you confused what is duodenum then let me explain it :-
duodenum :- the part of the small intestine between stomach and jejunum .
