Another birth anniversary is that of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri who normally gets overshadowed.

During student time he was jailed.

Shastri participated regularly in freedom struggle and spent total whopping 9 years in jail.  

First time he was jailed as student and released as he was minor!.  

Women conductors today went into 2015 and many Indian cities are still struggling to recruit women conductors in State buses.
