Pains and hardships faced by Mangal Pandey.

Explanation:

Magal Pandey was one one of the earliest freedom fighters of India who led the police mutiny of March 29, 1857. Mangal Panday always felt that the Britishers were being atrocious towards Indians.

He was a soldier of British East India Company but he could observe that they were treated badly by the Britishers. He also came to know that the cartridges which were given to them were greased with cow and pig fats. This truly affected him as he belonged to a Brahmin family.

After he led the mutiny against the Britishers, he was consequently arrested and brought to the court. He was charged with murder and was sentenced to death by hanging on April 8, 1857.
