While development of nuclear missiles is a good method for deterring violence against each other, a nuclear war would be disastrous to both countries with heavy loss of life and economy.  Extremism, on the other hand, is a situation where Kashmiri youth is being imprinted to participate in some sort of 'Holy War' against India, but this needs to stop. Peace and diplomacy are always good, but when the enemy does not believe in a democratic and peaceful path for negotiations, one must fight fire with fire.
