Answer:

The answer is c) 7:44 am.

Explanation:

Earlier, Dibrugarh in Assam and Dwarka in Gujarat had a difference of 1hour and 45 min.

There is a time lag of two hours between Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat.

To aviod the time differences 82 degrees 30' Eastern Longitude is taken as Standard meridian of India which is passing through the middle of the country.

We have uniform time because of Indian Standard Time.

<marquee>✌7:44am.✌</marquee>

This is because the time difference between Dwarka in Gujrat and Dibrugarh in Assam are approximately 1 hour 44 minutes.

Also, to avoid this kind of confusion 82°30'east longitude is considered as the standard meridian and the time there is considered as the standard time.<marquee>❤✌HOPE IT HELPS..✌❤</marquee>
