Pancreas as an exocrine gland its secretion (pancreatic juice) helps in digestion
As an endocrine gland it produce 3 harmones
I. E.,, insulin, glucagon, somatostatin

pancreas is a heterocrine gland or its also called mixocrine gland. the exocrine part of pancreas secrect enzyme whereas the endocrine part of the pancreas secrect hormone I.e insulin. so it is mixocrine.
