pancreas as an endocrine secrets the three hormones insulin (beta cell of islets of langerhans ) glucagon (alpha cells of islets of langerhans )somatostatin(delta cells of islets of langerhans ) they are poured directly into the blood stream without any ducts
Pancreas acts as an exocrine gland beacuse it pours the pancreatic juices into the duodenum to aid digestion through ducts
