Pankaj is looking at Neha, but Neha is looking at Raj. Pankaj is married, but Raj is not. Is a married person looking at an unmarried person or not?

Bcoz if Pankaj is married then she(married) is looking at Neha(unmarried) which satisfies the condition.
And if Pankaj isn't married then raj(Married) is looking at her(Unmarried) again it satisfies the condition.
