1. To make sure all the question papers and exam-related material are present.

2. All the invigilators are present on a required day and in a required room.

3. All the rooms are equipped with all the necessary items needed to conduct an examination.

4. To make sure the student list is pasted on the gate of the examination center so that students get their room without any inconvenience.
