a person who talks a lot cannot be a irritating person instead he is very honest,loyal and can trust anyone easily.In our society generally boys are not allowed to stay indoors and girls should not laugh loudly. So boys should be quiet and do not speak more do not cry oftenly etc. The person who talks more is so lonely in world that anyone who is near to him he just starts his own.
