Answer:

It was my summer vacation when my whole family decided to go to visit my village where my grandparents lived. I was very excited to go to their place as the journey involved a sixteen-hour long journey of the train. We had to catch the train at six in the early morning. We reached the station at five. The scene of the railway station is always very interesting and exciting for me and my sister as well. All of us sat on the seats near the platform and started to wait for our particular train. after every five minutes, we could see trains coming and going with lots of passengers inside them. along with us, there were lots of people who were also waiting for their train to arrive. The announcements of the trains happened continuously and in the next five minutes, we both learned the way the announcements were happening. Our parents and the people sitting beside us got amused as the way we mimicked the announcing lady. Lots of tea and snack vendors were busy in selling their products to the passengers sitting on the trains and waiting on the platforms as well. People were busy searching for their train’s respective platforms. The scene of the railway station is always engaged with different people who come and go to reach their destination. As soon as our train arrived we went to our particular seat and made ourselves comfortable. The horn of the train blew and we smiled in excitement.

Answer:

Travelling by trains is very cheap and comfortable so a railways station is a place full of great hustle and bustle. Here we come across people form different parts of the country in different fashions and colors. There was noise and commotions everywhere. There was a great rush at the doors of compartments. Many passengers got down and many more got in. Coolies were seen carrying heavy bundles of luggage on their heads. Children clung to their parents in the great rush. The whole platform was full of noise.
