Elephants
Elephants are the largest land animals found in Asia and Africa. Elephants have long trunks that they use for many purposes such as breathing, drinking, lifting and holding objects. They have two long tusks which are type of teeth. They have very large ears which often keep moving; elephants move them to keep the body temperature cool. They are herbivorous and live in groups often led by matriarch (old cow). Elephants are an integral part of Indian culture. They are portrayed majestically in Jain, Hindu, and Buddhist shrines and temples. They also feature in many mythological legends and stories.
